Dear Quilters:
With a hint of fall in the air (occasionally) and thoughts of Thanksgiving
and holidays upon us, we have many things for which we are thankful. Take
a moment and reflect on the many blessings of your life. Happy Thanksgiving!

Class/demo on making the yellow rose corsage for anyone interested and suggested
as a means of identifying Guild members at the Guild quilt show. These make
great "bows" on packages, too.
Also, on Tuesday, November 14 Chatham Quilters have been invited to an Open
House at Ocala Sewing Center in Baylee Plaza for a 1 p.m. Trunk Show. We
will take a count on Tuesday, Nov. 7 to see how many might be interested
in going to lunch at Little Joeys prior to the Open House. Check your
calendar.
Chatham Birthday Celebration and Fashion Show was a wonderful party with
tons of delicious food and some very talented models modeling fashions from
BonWorth in Southern Trace. There were many winners of the many "door prizes"
donated by many of our Chatham Quilters (that means a lot). Winner of the
gift certificate from Bon Worth was Letha Roth. Special thanks to Martha
Fernez, the birthday committee, the models and everyone who made it a special
day.
