It’s hard to believe that September is already here, especially since our temperatures are still in the 90s.  This morning when we were traveling down 301, I spotted a giant RV and realized that our winter residents will soon be back.  Here’s wishing you a safe return.

 

 

Luncheon – Just a reminder that we will be having a Salad/Dessert Luncheon on September 11th. 

 

Villages Quilting Guild – September 4 – The monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, September 4th at 7 PM at Laurel Manor.  At this time you can purchase tickets ($15) for the Oct. 23rd “Sit & Sew” with Jennie Rayment.  For information about Jennie Rayment, just click on http://www.jennierayment.com/

Quilt Shop News – Effective the first week of October, Whippoorwill Station will be moving to a new location, just north of Markets of Marion.   

 

Also, please note that The Quilt Shop of Deland is at a new location.  Their new address is 115 W. Rich Avenue, just 2 blocks north of their old location.
