Farewell to our "seasonal" quilters.  We wish you a safe trip back north, and look forward to your return in the fall.

Welcome to our new Chatham Quilters:  Nancy Schmelzer and Kristen Loffler.

At the April 14 meeting, there was a discussion regarding a shirt color that would identify our group as the Chatham Quilters.  A motion was made by Joy Lynch to adopt YELLOW as Chatham's shirt color; second by Alice Besler; majority voted in favor.  Of course the purchase of a yellow shirt is optional.     

Quilt Show 2011:  The Guild has found two volunteers to coordinate the 2011 Quilt Show.   

Blotto: Completed blotto squares are due on May 5.

Chatham Class:  On May 19, Joanne Reese will be presenting a class (at Chatham) on her method of making a bento block quilt.  A supply list will be available.

Secret Sisters:  Third Tuesday of the month (May 19).

UFO Challenge:  The completion date for UFO item #2 is May 26.

The monthly Guild Meeting is 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 5, at Laurel Manor.  Guest speaker is Mary Sorensen.   Remember to wear your nametags.
