Tonia C. asked the members to join in the Pledge of Allegiance, had the January and February birthdays recognized and asked that we enjoy the refreshments.
Tonia called the meeting to order at 9:29 a.m.
The Secretary's report for the December 2011 meeting was read: motion made by Lucie V and 2nd by Marilyn. Motion passed.
Treasurer's report was read by Carol Knoll: motion made by Carol LeFleur and 2nd by Lyn Hyperhausen. Motion passed. (See attachment A1.)
