Carolyn Heald started the meeting at 9:30 with the Pledge of Allegiance; birthday announcements, welcoming visitors and refreshments. The meeting was called to order at 9:50 a.m.
The Secretary's report for February was read and motion made by Joan Henry and seconded by Doris Woodward.
The Treasurer's report was read and motion made by Lucy Verbois and 2nd by MaryAnn Pankowski
Fat quarters were won by Lucy V, Gae N., Carol L, Betty S and Bobbie W
Membership Chairperson, Ginger C said that the Mulberry Chapter now has 84 members. New member Charlie Vanordale from Milwaukee was introduced. There are no plans to close membership
Executive Board Representative, Dale A. discussed upcoming classes and referred everyone to the web site. All quilts for the Showcase will need a 4" sleeve across the full width of the quilt - see the web site.
The money from the Marketplace went toward the purchase of a hanging system for the quilt show.
