The meeting was called to order at 8:56 a.m. by President Carolyn Heald with birthday announcements and refresments.
The meeting was called to order at 9:03 with the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Secretary's report was read and approved by Joan Henry , accepted as corrected and seconded by Dale Angione.
The Treasurer's report was read and filed for review.
Dale Angione reported on the Guild Board:
- The Treasurer's report will no longer be read at meetings, but will be available
- The Marketplace will be held at the Wildwood Community Center. The cost is less than 1/2 the cost at Savannah Center.
Denise Lasley reported on programs:
- There are many classes still available - see the guild website
- January 8 2013 will be the first meeting of 2013, site to be determined.
Barbara Moore - Library will be next week
Carolyn Heald thanked everyone for their work on the charity quilts.
Fat quarters were won by:
