VP Chris Leedy reminded everyone of this evening's Guild Meeting with presenter Mark Sherman,
--New class offerings are posted on the bulletin board
--Guild is looking for future artist presenter suggestions
--Missing: Orange Sign-Up sheets from our bulletin board

--An update of the Market Place was talked about, a new hanging system for the Showcase 2013 was approved & purchased, a new chapter is opening at the Captiva Rec. Center today.

--Future visit by Kay Sorensen was discussed
Hearts & Hands Committee Report
--still a work in progress.
Carole Schroeder visited to make a plea for more people to sign up for the Paducah bus trip -Apr. 23-28. She also talked about the 2013 Quilt Show and our involvement working with Alamanda as runners. She is also looking for someone to shadow her at this show to be a replacement for the 2015 show.
OLD BUSINESS:
Sister Chapter-Alamanda
We have been invited to their meeting on Feb, 28th at 1:00 p.m. A Class will be offered called "Finish Line" on the 4 Bs-borders, basting, backing & binding. It will mainly be a chance to get to know each other. You can also bring something that you might to work on.

Retreats
Carol V. shared the information she has collected so far on possible retreat opportunities. It was decided that more information was needed from the membership before a retreat could be planned. We discussed the possibility of a fall retreat to work on items to sell at the Showcase Boutique
